Winter break is almost over. I swear, I thought it was longer than this—I only just got home and am having some of the first time to myself since I got out. Monday I go back. *sigh*
I’ve been doing a bit of work for you guys. The php program is coming along well. Right now I am making it so people can add photos to the gallery with a form. I made a mistake somewhere, but can’t find it, so that’s what’s preoccupying me right now.
For tangible content, I’ve been making color palettes to go along with all the neopet avatars. You can see what I’ve made so far here. C:

Yes, a rare phenomenon (is that plural?) indeed has occured! I am not dead!
The guilt ate me enough that I made a peice of content. I broke the font rule, but I think I made it work.
By the way guys, I have been doing a lot of webdesign and stuff lately, just not for the site. I’ll probably get my muse back soon enough.

I feel so bad. I’ve been on the computer a lot, but haven’t had much time to do figmint-related stuff. I have a few ideas which I’ll hopefully be able to slip in to keep this place alive. I’ve also made a timeline sort of thing for my projects. We’ll see how well I can hold to it.
Over Christmas Vacation, before the new year, I hope to finish the essential part of the stock photo system. Then, sometime in January or February I’ll finish the member section of the site, so you guys can log in and contribute. I plan on taking a short break between the two sections of the site to add content.
If we’re being optimistic, I might be able to expand the stock photo system to encompass all sections of the site before Figmint’s Birthday. If not, I’ll try for my birthday, and if tat doesn’t work, I’ll at least try to get it done in the summer. xD
The programming doesn’t actually take much time; it’s more a matter of finding the little, undistracted time there is and using it.
A few days ago I planned to not spend time online until 5 every evening, and I’ll try to stick to this again. Before 5 I’ll have time to finish my homework and work on various projects like this one.

So pretty much, half a month? Really Frisby? I’ll have to make up for this with some awesome article or something.
So what have I been up to besides school?
I started working on the php program. I’ve made some progress, but it’s really challenging and I’ve had to ask for a lot of help.
For school, I have started a service project. Basically I am recoding my school district’s website to be more correct and easier to update.
And of course *sigh* roleplaying, that certainly occupies a lot of my time. I’m in three guilds and lead one on neopets, and that’s just been sucking me in.
I’m really sorry to all me affiliates. I’ve been trying to pop around amidst all this though.
Unfortunately I don’t have any designs for you, but I have some ideas for video tutorials and those are always fun. I’ll think of something nice to do for y’all. ^^
